Care Package for Holly

My freshman roommate in college, Holly, just had a baby boy.

She lives in South Carolina with her hubby, her daughter,

and the baby (of course).

I miss her.

Elisse misses her.

So we made her a care package.

Elisse is Queen of Crafts.

She can make anything.

She sewed multiple presents for the new baby,

and we also painted onesies to throw in the box.

I painted the dinosaur and the tree.

So the kid can develop a mindfulness

for history and the environment.

Elisse is one of the coolest girls I know.

Funny story:

Holly and I met Elisse while she was dating Holly's brother.

Then, Elisse moved in with Holly and they were roommates

during sophomore year, during which Elisse and Holly's brother

 broke up and were no longer dating.

Holly, just so you know, is the most hilarious girl in the world.

She makes me laugh.

She used to leave me little comic strips and notes in our dorm

telling me where she was or what we'd be doing that weekend.

She also has mastered a Spanish accent,

due to her frequent portrayal of her alternate personality, Maria.
